While explaining about the reasons about the necessity of sacrificing in Mena, its religious rule in certain conditions such as wastage of sacrifice in Mena or location of the new altar, which is located in the Moeysam and outside of the Mena and comments and reasons of it have been explained and finally the voluntary sacrificing in the Haram has been accepted and accordingly the sacrifice in the new altar, which is located outside the Mena and inside the haram, according to the religious rues is authenticate. <br />The method used in this study is historical and jurisprudential and explaining about the epochs of sacrifice and analyzing its current condition from the viewpoint of jurisprudence and history are amongst innovations of this article. در این پژوهش پس از ارائه سیری برای تحولات قربانی در حج در چهار دوره(دوره اول قربانی در منا و مصرف بهینه آن،دوره دوم ازدیاد تعداد حجاج و دفن و آتش زدن قربانی ، دوره سوم و قربانی درقربانگاه در وادی محسر ؛دوره چهارم قربانگاه نوین با طرح جدید قربانی) به فتاوای فقهای شیعه درهرمرحله با بیان مستند شرعی آن اشاره می‌شود وضمن بیان ادله در منا بودن قربانی، به حکم آن در شرایطی چون اتلاف قربانی در منا یا در خارج منا بودن کشتارگاه جدید و اقوال و استدلال های مربوط به آن پرداخته شده و در پایان قول به‌کفایت ذبح در حرم اختیارا پذیرفته‌شدهاست و براساس آن قربانی درکشتارگاه جدید که در معیصم وخارج منا و داخل حرم قرار دارد براساس ادله شرعی و به حکم اولی معتبر دانسته شده است. روش به کار گرفته شده برای پژوهش در این تحقیق روش تاریخی و فقهی‌است و ارائه جدید مراحل قربانی و بررسی وضع فعلی آن از نگاه فقه و تاریخ از نوآوری های این مقاله است. https://journal.hzrc.ac.ir/article_36741_dd75d67912095a58866697d129fdd0e7.pdf
