This study answers the question of what the views of the travelogue writers of the Islamic Maghreb were about <em>Baqī'</em> and its tombs and how they recorded this important issue in their works. To answer these questions, one should note that one of the most important cultural issues has been the tombs and the Islamic symbols of <em>Baqī' </em>reflected in various forms in their works. The description of the tombs of the great figures of Islam in different regions, especially in <em>Baqī'</em>, blessing them by people, as well as their decoration are some of the points that these works deal with. Pointing to the status and importance of travelogues, this article will explain the writers’ views on <em>Baqī'</em>, the graves and tombs. سفرنامه‌نویسان غرب جهان اسلام در کنار مطالبی مانند شرح حال عالمان و دانشمندان شهرها و تبیین وضعیت جغرافیایی و آب و هوایی نواحی مختلف و نیز فرهنگ و آداب و رسوم سرزمین‌هایی که از آن گذر کرده‌اند، توجه خاصی به مشاهد حرمین، به‌ویژه بقیع، داشته‌اند. این پژوهش در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که نوع نگاه سفرنامه‌نویسان مغرب اسلامی به بقیع و مشاهد آن چگونه بوده و این مهم چه سان در آثار آنان ثبت شده است؟ در پاسخ باید گفت: یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل فرهنگی مورد توجه، مشاهد و نمادهای اسلامی بقیع بوده که به اشکال گوناگون در آثار آنان منعکس شده است. توصیف مقابر بزرگان اسلام در مناطق مختلف، به‌ویژه بقیع؛ و تبرک مردم به آنها و نیز چگونگی تزئین آنها از نکاتی هستند که این آثار بدان‌ها پرداخته‌اند. در این نوشتار ضمن اشاره به جایگاه و اهمیت سفرنامه‌ها نوع نگاه آنها به بقیع و مشاهد و مقابر را بررسی و تبیین خواهیم کرد.  https://journal.hzrc.ac.ir/article_242878_5a3e9e39808a05b9b7145976f6f7b7cb.pdf
